Ancestralite (1) Tumbled Stone

 This is one piece of Ancestralite, it has been tumbled smooth and is polished on all sides, making it the perfect size for a pocket, purse, pillow, or palm. These stones would also make a perfect addition to a crystal grid.

One piece will be intuitively chosen from our selection of available tumbled stones. Sizes and colors will vary, as well as inclusions and surface features. Tumbled stones have been smoothed via rock tumbler, and may have a matte or shiny polished surface; unless listed in description, stones are completely natural and untreated.

PHYSICAL: Ancestralite is the trade name for a combination of martite (a form of hematite, replacing magnetite in this case), and red hematite. It is most abundantly found in Australia, Brazil, and more. Like Tiger Iron, this material is a type of BIF (banded iron formation), which make up some of the most ancient rock layers on the planet. The "martitization" of the original magnetite isn't always complete, which means that some of the resulting material is attractive to a magnet. It is a brick red shade with bands of sparkly gunmetal materials.

METAPHYSICAL/CULTURAL: Ancestralite is associated with grounding, strengthening of the aura, and connection to the Earth's Akashic records.
