We endeavor to provide the most accurate information and pictures as possible for all items. Although we most often sell fully natural minerals and gemstone jewelry, we will disclose within the description when an item is enhanced in any way that we are aware of. Colors in item photos may vary between different phone and computer screens--photos are taken in white light box with no filters, and we do our best to portray items as accurately as possible. Please consider photos and dimensions carefully, and examine scale photos for an accurate idea on the size of each item. Bulk items are noted within the description, and may vary in size and color from the bulk listing photos. Please contact us prior to purchase with any questions.






El Loro uses USPS Priority Mail shipping, with full insurance on all orders. Shipping can be combined, and we primarily use flat rate boxes to give you the most efficient and affordable shipping we can. We are able to provide most accurate quotes on cost if you contact us prior to purchase. For international orders, contact us and we will give you an accurate shipping quote. As El Loro is a small business, outside of COVID era policies, certain items are always final sale--we are unable to offer exchanges of any kind for these items. Final Sale items include special sale prices, rings, one-of-a-kind and handmade items, and other items specifically noted as Final Sale within the description. These items may not be exchanged in person at the store, nor via the website. For other items, any exchange or credit is contingent on approval and qualification per our exchange policy: please do not return an item without contacting us for approval first.
