El Loro ships all over the world, and we endeavor to provide excellent service to all of our customers. Please contact us prior to purchase with any questions or concerns!
International shipments are generally fulfilled via USPS while traveling through the US, and handed off to one of many international shipping companies as it crosses into other countries. This is determined internally by USPS, and rarely if ever will we have input on what company is used within your destination country. Tracking may or may not continue through the shipment process, and orders have been known to stop tracking completely before being delivered. Tracking is only expected until the package leaves the US.
VAT and customs fees are assessed by each destination country, and are assessed as it enters the country but before pickup. These fees are not calculated or added by the US seller or the origin country itself, but by the destination country. As such, we cannot predict if, when, or how much customs fees may be added to your order. To pick up your order, you will need to accept any applicable customs fees or VAT. If you choose not to pay these fees and reject the shipment, it will likely be returned to the original seller, but unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund on purchase price or shipping cost, nor will be be able to reship your items (this is considered a “forced return”, which we do not accept). If you contact us prior to shipment or pickup with questions or issues, each situation will be considered on an individual basis.
We ship as safely and efficiently as possible, but please do know that items may be damaged or go missing in transit, especially when things travel internationally. All sales are final—it is our aim to utilize the most efficient, reliable, and cost-effective shipping method we are able to, and to complete orders to your highest satisfaction.
