Garnet (1) Tumbled Stone

 This is one piece of Garnet, it has been tumbled smooth and is polished on all sides, making it the perfect size for a pocket, purse, pillow, or palm. These stones would also make a perfect addition to a crystal grid.

One piece will be intuitively chosen from our selection of available tumbled stones. Sizes and colors will vary, as well as inclusions and surface features. Tumbled stones have been smoothed via rock tumbler, and may have a matte or shiny polished surface; unless listed in description, stones are completely natural and untreated.

PHYSICAL: Garnet is a group of colorful silicate minerals, used since the Bronze Age for ornamentation and healing. Garnet varieties include deep red shades (Almandine, Pyrope), pink-red (Rhodolite), Spessartine (orange), green and pink varieties (Grossular), and brown and black (Andradite). In this case we're looking at Almandine or Pyrope. Some of these deep red garnets may display asterated phenomenon.

METAPHYSICAL/CULTURAL: This variety of Garnet is associated with grounding, vitality, fidelity, and health.
