PHYSICAL: Quartz is the second most abundant mineral in the earth’s crust—this silicate mineral forms in seemingly infinite habit and color varieties, and may host many different types of inclusions. Phantoms are layers made visible either by a coating of a secondary mineral (such as chlorite, celadonite, etc), or by an environmental change (ex. Smoky layers caused by an elevated level of radiation.)
HEALING: Phantom quartz is associated with long term growth and slow and steady inner work.
